Well here they are, three Southern G17 ‘Ground Hogs’, slow but tough and liked by the troops for their spacious interiors.
To add a little further detail to the resin mold I cut a piece of mesh and stuck it on top, hopefully this will look like a walk way for the troops.
The decals are always fidley but they are worth it in the end. I think they can make a model and give focus to an area. The troopers seem to be happy with the added protection so that’s a bonus and makes everything worthwhile.

They look great. The final result still matches my initial thoughts that they sorta channel a grotty edge of settlement nostromo look. Is it strange that they are unarmed vehicles (not even a pintle mount)?
Yes it’s something I will look out for and fix. Woodbine company do colonial marines with auto guns on mounts, I might give them a look. Thanks for the comments.
Looking good, Are you going to get some more AFV's or aircraft for them?
Also If your looking for some near future civilans, might I suggest the Not so Bored games "Viral Out Break Miniatures". They are advertised as 28mm so I picked them up. But they are honestly more 25mm. Might work with your ConFeds
Also are you planning an Alien or Human opponents for your guys?
I like them. They look very utalitarian. Kinda like something from a 1980s BBC sci fi series...
Yes they wouldn’t look out of place in a thunderbirds. Lol.
Lovely (always liked Blake's 7!)
Best Iain
