Secundus, It certainly looks great in mass and (real humility) much better when I did Geal's Regiment. You probably mentioned earlier but did you use Flags of War for you colors? Neil
Thanks everyone, I can’t really take too much credit for it. I got the idea from the lovely looking regiments for Beneath the Lilly Banners. They always have a casualty or two, I just upped the number slightly of the bases. The standards are from GMB.

I really like them, reminds me of my old ECWS regiment, Sir John Brights.
ReplyDeleteVery atmospheric...love the muted colours.
ReplyDeleteArghhh, stunning!
ReplyDeleteQuite splendid. The casualty figures add a lot, they add a sense of desperate struggle to these bases. The painting is top shelf.
ReplyDeleteThese are great - there's a real sense of motion in this - almost like a diorama. Nice work!
ReplyDeleteGorgeous (if sombre) looking regiment of foot, really nice!
ReplyDeleteBest Iain
Beautifully painted! The bases look so busy and tightly packed, it's a great effect.
