I am now a total convert to the Army painter method. By brushing the stain on instead of dipping, i can get a result that I'm very happy with. In fact some of these dipped Celts actually look better than some of my hand shaded ones. This fact is both depressing and great at the same time.
As a general rule, while retaining a certain degree of individuality, all Celts should bear a resemblance to Lemmy from Motorhead. Congratulations on the fine work you’ve done on these fellows!

ReplyDeleteI agree, when used well, Army Painter can give a good finish which works and gets those miniatures which have been sitting in the cupboard for years, finished!
