Don't worry guys It's only because the skirmish bases have been pushed together. They will be spread out infront of the advancing units and so it won't look as crowded.
actually depending on the rate of artillery fire you may be about right as to the number of balls per stand a cannonball on the otherside of a body with a hole drilled through the figure would be sooooooooo cool, gruesome i know but hey kinda like the movie the patriot
Yes i agree I think the number of cannon balls littered on the field would surprise most people. I kind of go by Illustrations of the time to get a feel of what i want my bases to look like.
