Maybe this is why they say you should paint the parts on the sprue? :)
Yeas this is the bane of my life with multi part anything...plastic figures, model vehicles or even the odd metal figure that comes with separate parts eg Ebor....always drop something and occasionally, I NEVER find it!
Get a laminated wooden floor, much easier to find stuff except when it bounces…
I have a painting apron with a large open pocket which I have found catches most of what I drop
I seem to spend about 30 minutes on my hands and knees looking through the carpet every modelling session now.
