It’s a lovely moment when you can take all your newly based stuff upstairs and combine it with your old stuff. The parliamentarian force isn’t too far off being finished now. The quick Dip Army Painter route is definitely the way forward with big armies like this.
In my head I planned for four Foote Regiments to make up a starter force, just need to finish the red regiment and I’ll be there.
Your work looks really good! How many figures make up each infantry and cavalry unit? How many guns will your force possess? Will you have ammunition wagons for the guns and your infantry?
ReplyDeleteAs said earlier - nice painting!
Great looking army! You've done fine work!
ReplyDeleteLooking good, nothing better than completing a Army and taking a group shot, about four days off completing my early dark Ages Kingdoms of Domnonée Breton army for the fall of Rome period.

Thanks guys,
ReplyDeleteThe Foote regiments are made up of around 30 figures. Squadrons of horse are about 8 figures, so regiments of around 16 men. It’s a work in progress based around victory without Quarter rules.
This is epic!
