Mixing up the two plastic box sets seemed to have worked. The miliput cuffs work okay too, they seemed huge when I was making them, but blend in with the rest of the unit quite well when painted.
The vitrix redcoat arms and muskets on the warlord games bodies open a door on loads of possibilities. Converting figures has to be one of the things I enjoy the most in war gaming these days.

Ray is there any good reference for the Grenadier caps of this period. I’ve kept it simple with just a grenade on the front...
Now those are really cool. Love that period.
