The first rank is the newly based Iron Brigade, they are sporting their deeper bases.
Due to the very large out stretched weapons I had to order some new bases from War bases, these new ones have an extra 10mm added to the depth.
I was a bit worried they would look a little too spread out but due to the running poses they still seem to work.
They still seem to work with the older bases being the same width. A few boulders will help fill out the extra space.
One of the main considerations was to make sure they can form March column without stabbing each other. Check!

The Iron Brigade is always a good project and you did them justice. I'm always amazed at the ununiform uniforms of both sides in the ACW.
