Basing Night Cometh

It’s that time again to finally tidy up all those loose ends so they can be moved away off the painting table, to create room for more projects.

For the troops fighting in Ireland, I used a darker basing material called Rutted Earth from Luke’s APS. This is meant to represent the dark rich soil/ peat of Ireland. 

Now the yellow flowers are on the bases of these Trained Bands, I with match the colours on those worn in the hats. They are almost there, they just need a little more grass green added to the stems.
