A big regiment of Trained Bands. The Colonel at the front can be placed in the rear when the fighting begins.
It was a challenge trying to hide all the dodgy head casting and split faces, but I think I did it in the end.
The Colonel tucked away safely in the rear behind a forest of pikes.
