The are dressed in a variety of garments and armour styles. These more veteran companies have more of a 'well travelled' look to them.
I like the fact that each base has a grey clad warrior in it, so even from a distance you'll be able to tell where Gildor's troops are on the field.
You can see the difference between Lindir's company and that of Gildor's here. Lindir's men are all clad in Autumn browns and greens, where as Gildor's have a more varied palette.
A mix of GW Elven helmets help with the ad-hoc look of Gildor's men. Most of these Elves are made from Oathmark Elf heads and Conquest Norman torsos and weapons. Cloaks and pouches etc are sculpted from green stuff.
